You Matter

Being trauma-informed means helping you find feelings of safety and security, and acknowledging the ways our society actively oppresses its members based on made-up (but enforced!) norms. As an AuDHD therapist, I especially love working alongside neurodivergent folks. I also practice consent at every step of the way, from diagnosis, to our plan for helping you, to how each session proceeds.

Take Some Time

Transformations can happen when we feel heard, when we feel real human connection, when we can pause and look at where we are. I work with you to reflect on the current patterns in your life, where those patterns came from, and what patterns you want to bring into being.

I offer scheduling in the afternoons, in the evenings, and on Saturdays.

Session Rates

I am in-network with PacificSource Community Solutions (OHP), and I can provide a superbill if you would like to use out-of-network benefits from another insurance plan. Please check with your insurance carrier to find out what may be reimbursed. My rate per one-hour session is $200.

What to Expect

You can find out more about me here. In each therapy session, I’m person-centered. In other words, I center what we do on what the person in front of me - you! - needs. Sometimes that is “homework” between sessions, or learning a new way to breathe. Sometimes that is a heartfelt laugh. Sometimes it’s a relevant swear word, a grounding exercise, or EMDR. Always, it is a listening ear.
